Local Bay Area Band Forrest Day

Local artist [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Forrest Day[/lastfm] will be appearing on the Local Band stage this year, performing songs from his self-titled album that was released in April off of the label 9th Street Opus.

Forrest Day‘s music is a combination of…well…everything! Rock, reggae, jazz…you name it! Mainly, it’s a mix of hip-hop and indie coming together to form an amazing sound sure to entertain this year at BFD!

Day sings about everyday struggles, but his songs aren’t always carrying such serious messages.  A lot of his music has a “laughing at life” kind of feel. Take his song “Everybody’s Fucking With My Mind,” for example, which you can score with the free EP from the band. Just click on the pic below!
