Red Hot Chili Peppers Cover Neil Young’s ‘Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere’

The Red Hot Chili Peppers have just released their 10th studio album, I’m With You, at the end of last month!  In honor of the release the Red Hot Chili Peppers played a free show in London on September second and did a cover of Neil Young‘s “Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere”!In addition to the Neil Young cover the band also showcased seven new tracks from their new album, I’m With You!

Before the cover song, bassist Flea told the crowd: “I was in my hotel room messing with this Neil Young song the other night. We’re going to play it tonight so there you have it.”

Following the cover he also joked: “That was fun as f*ck,” before singer Anthony Kiedis added: “He’s talking scientifically. Scientifically speaking that was pretty amazing.”
