Noise Pop: Championing Independent Culture Since 1993

In it’s 20th year, the organizers of the annual Bay Area festival Noise Pop really brought it.  I mean… seriously, I don’t remember a year where the line-up was this strong.  It seems like every night I have to choose between 3-4 events.  I’ve decided to make my life a little easier by making a top 10 list of shows to see.

I’ve always liked Noise Pop for the lesser known artists so I’m leaving out some of the more accomplished bands.  You’ve probably already heard of them anyway.  And besides, shows like Sleigh Bells and The Flaming Lips are so insanely sold out that I don’t even think I can get in.  (enter sad violin music here)
