Organizers for Lightning in a Bottle, the four-day outdoor electronic/dubstep music festival in Southern California, revealed a the lineup headlined by Bassnectar, The Glitch Mob, Shpongle and more.

If Coachella and Burning Man had a bass addicted, illegitimate love child that creation would be the Do LaB‘s Lightning in a Bottle. Taking place a short 40 minutes from Los Angeles in the remarkably desolate Oak Canyon Ranch, the festival is a mix of art, culture and music complete with multiple stages, a huge camp ground and plenty of colorful individuals to party with.

The 2012 lineup has been released and it is certainly one of the most stacked in the history of the festival. Notable acts include Bassnectar, The Glitch Mob, Shpongle, Lucent Dossier Experience, Big Gigantic and Eoto among many many others.

Bass heads need look no further as Lightning in a Bottle has already garnered a reputation as one of the premiere dubstep festivals in the United States. This year’s lineup, featuring some of the biggest names in the genre, looks to cement this reputation.

The festival’s gorgeous and convenient location, surprisingly family friendly aesthetic and varied collection of wild, avant garde artwork guarantee an experience that is really one of a kind in Southern California.
