Jack White has just released his debut solo album, Blunderbuss, but what of his group The Raconteurs?

He dusted off the band to play a few dates late last year, but there’s been no hint of them releasing a new record any time soon. They are, however, about to release a concert DVD, Live At Montreux 2008, with songs from both of their albums, 2006′s Broken Boy Soldiers and 2008′s Consolers Of The Lonely. The live DVD also includes a cover of Depression-era bluesman Charley Jordan’s “Keep It Clean.”

Also of note, Jack White’s Third Man Records label is releasing a special limited edition 7″ single to their subscription club, featuring two songs that were recorded for, but not included on, Consolers Of The Lonely: “Open Your Eyes” and “You Make A Fool Out Of Me.” Both songs would later appear on guitarist/singer Brendan Benson’s solo albums: he re-recorded “You Make A Fool Out Of Me” for his 2009 album My Old Familiar Friend, and “Open Your Eyes” was re-worked and re-recorded with a new title, “Here In The Deadlights,” and is on What Kind Of World, which was released this week.

Benson and White are both touring for their respective solo albums.
