Looking for a perfect holiday gift for the Green Day fan that really does have everything? Billie Joe Armstrong, lead singer of the Bay Area pop-punk icons, and his wife Adrienne have put their home in Newport Beach, CA, for sale.

The cozy, three bedroom cottage is located on the tony Peninsula Point area of Newport Area, and is listed for $1,895,000, according to the Real Estalker. The surprisingly quaint space features hardwood floors, a white picket fence and sits on a residential street that’s just blocks from the Pacific Ocean.

Armstrong and his wife paid $1,699,000 for the 924 square foot home back in 2007, rebuilding it from the “studs up” to add more space.

The Green Day singer is still in rehab dealing with substance abuse issues following his much-publicized onstage meltdown at a radio concert in September.

While fans wait to hear when the band will resume their postponed tour, Green Day have announced Quatro!, a documentary film that will chronicle the making of their current triple-album trilogy, Uno!, Dos! And Tre! An abbreviated version of the movie debuted on VH1 this month, with multiple showings on Palladia scheduled throughout the month of December. There is no release date for the full documentary, which is expected sometime in 2013.
