Tony Gemignani Got Down With Some Pizza Dough At BottleRock In Napa

Tony Gemignani showed off some serious pizza-tossing skills on the Culinary stage at BottleRock in Napa Sunday.

The Fremont-raised pie-man of Tony’s of North Beach fame tossed it high, and flipped it low, even catching a pie’s worth of dough on his back.

Practice makes perfect is the old saying, and Tony practiced backstage right before his appearance.
